Hey Reader,
Being postpartum and a parent is a physically and emotionally demanding job! If you are in need of some support, pain relief, or community, I hope some of my upcoming offerings can be of service.
My amazing creative assistant, Sarah, and I recently completed a DRA & Core Reconnection E-book and are working on finalizing the C-birth Recovery E-book! Stay tuned for these for sale for you to have a guide to follow along at home. With these, I'm also hoping to have some virtual meet ups for live questions and community connection.
I am hosting my C-Section Recovery workshop this Saturday, October 3rd from 1-3pm at the WHRC. Call to register - (603) 650-2600. You can call anytime and leave a voicemail even if it's after hours.
If you're avoiding your scar in anyway, if you have persistent back or hip pain, or if you just wish you were given some support around how to recover from this major abdominal surgery, this workshop is for you! I’m nearly 2 years and over 5 years post my C-births and I’m still doing rehab work regularly. Postpartum recovery is wayyyy longer than 6 weeks, and it's never too late to get started!!
If you, or anyone you know, is looking for support around Cesarean delivery, I hope you can attend the workshop this weekend or scroll down for some virtual freebies!! Let's connect and work together to bring awareness and change!
Stay tuned for E-books launching for sale soon!
With hope and support,

What I've been Working on
An article, from the Vermont Birth Networkabout the first 2 weeks post C-birth. I, and other professionals, share guidance, what to expect and what really helps.
I also recently was hosted by Vermont Birth Network for an online webinar about C-Section Recovery in the first 6 months. I go over what we can advocate for in terms of more support, the current rehab guidelines, and further resources.

“... they want to be able to be with their baby, hold their baby; they don't want to be in a bed feeling terrible. So, having that kind of support is really important.”
